Tony's In Trouble
Tony is in a bit of a jam. He had a party that was very loud and his neighbors filed complaints. Officer Thorn reads him his rights and beginst to frisk him. As she pats him down she discovers 2 things. Tony is extremely ticklish and she has the tickle fetish. Poor Tony is led to his own sofa to "finish Frisking" and Officer Thorn ties him down securely.
